Hi.I'm in the same boat. My current firmware is v2.82.r3. I'm pretty sure the firmware upgrade is located here:I haven't tried it yet because I don't know the actual model number of my DVR. It is labeled 'ELEC H.264 DVR.' No info or downloads at eleccctv.com. This is something I'll be thinking about when I want to save a few bucks on my next purchase.

Where to?There are standard methods to acquire the video with these cameras.I have not heard about the problems with time synchronization with this manufacturer.I does synchronize with ntp service, BUT the snapshot images and the folder where the images are stored are wrong!
